DR LEON LEVIN
Dr Leon Levin is a paediatrician who has been treating HIV infected infants, children and adolescents for the past 26 years. He has been at Right to Care NGO from 2008, where he is currently Chief Technical Specialist. He has been on numerous Paediatric ART Guidelines committees both for the SA NDOH and the SA HIV Clinicians Society. He is Paediatric HIV Medical advisor to one of the larger South African Medical AIDs. He has given numerous lectures and HIV viral resistance workshops throughout Africa. Recently, he has started a private practice at the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital in Johannesburg focussing on infants, children and adolescents with HIV infection as well as adolescent HIV Disclosures.
