The highest prevalence was observed in the age group of 16 to 24, reaching 28.3%. Additionally, there has been a noted increase in adult acne, with approximately one in five individuals between 25 and 39 years old being diagnosed with acne.
The impact of acne extends beyond physical effects to encompass psychological effects and a diminished quality of life.
